We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Facilitation Services Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

The Cloud Facilitation Services Manager is expected to oversee the delivery and performance of cloud services provided by the Contractor and work collaboratively with a variety of NRC stakeholders and other vendor partners to identify continuous opportunities for cloud services improvement. This individual will also act as the on-site escalation point of contact for cloud services related contractual and delivery related discussions. The Cloud Facilitation Services Manager should possess:

• A combination of business and technical skills as well as experience including cloud services delivery program oversight and direct infrastructure-related operations support
• Experience helping organizations implement leading cloud implementation and migration practices, such as supporting commercial entities with architecting and implementing organization-wide cloud services strategies

Qualifications:

• In this role you will provide team leadership and creativity in the development and implementation of services engagements
• Manage multiple projects or sub-projects
• Manage the development and integration of entire project(s)
• Deliver consistently high value, "client ready" work with minimum supervision
• Perform the role of primary interface with the client -- communicate deliverables, conduct client meetings, obtain required client sign off and specifications, client acceptance and billing
• Achieve the baseline metrics for assigned project(s)
• Manage and lead medium to large work teams (25 to 50 consultants and managers)
• Set objectives and priorities for the project staff
• Assign and reviews tasks, assesses and coaches performance of employees, and manages staffing requirements
• Mentor staff including project managers and consultants
• Actively generate and participate in the development of new services business opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth
