This is an on-site, in-person position based in Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Process multi-cycle payrolls with accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits administration
  • Enter and process new hire enrollments, terminations, and general benefits inquiries
  • Maintain employee data and documentation with a high level of confidentiality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payroll and benefits issues
  • Identify process improvements and assist with future system consolidation projects

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
  • Familiarity with payroll systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
