Celebrating their 140th anniversary this year, they are proud to be able to make an important contribution to Energy saving and reduction of CO2 emissions through their automated Sun protection systems.
YOUR MISSION
What are their plans? They are currently digitalizing all internal processes and implementing a new CRM System based on Microsoft Dynamics, which will work together with an innovative ERP Platform. In order to carry out this International CRM Project professionally and successfully, they are looking for an experienced CRM Application Manager & Platform Owner. In this role, you will conduct the entire System Implementation and translate Business requirements & Change requests into applications, with the main focus on Service Management and Sales.
You will support the departments/business analysts with the introduction of the new CRM project as well as with the creation of requirement specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the technical system requirements. Developing solution proposals based on requirements, supporting external partners in the application implementation and creating Test cases are just some of your future tasks!
YOUR PROFILE
You have several years of experience in international Project Management with Agile methods. You have sound knowledge of relevant Applications & Systems and can show solid expertise in Implementation Projects with different Software/Platforms. You are eager to lead a young CRM Implementation Project and can speak German & English fluently!
