As the bank with longer tradition in Liechtenstein in the areas of private & corporate custumers, private banking and institutional business, they sucesfully provide security, stability and outstanding expertise as a financial partner.
YOUR MISSION
What are their plans? They are currently digitalizing all internal processes and implementing a new CRM. In order to carry out this big Implementation Project professionally and successfully, they are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager who is willing to set up new IT Team and work closely with experts from different departments.
In this role, you will conduct the entire System Implementation and translate Business requirements & Change requests into applications. After this first Project phase, you will lead a Technical Team in charge of the further development of the platform, interacting with various IT departments and performing Business Analysis.
You will play an active role in their group-wide implementation of the ACT 26 strategy, specifically in the introduction of a new CRM system. You are responsible for all steps towards an employee and customer-oriented solution: from analysis, conception, integration into peripheral systems to testing and commissioning of the solutions. You will work hand in hand with experts in the various departments and IT!
YOUR PROFILE
You have several years of professional experience in the field of CRM & Digitalization (Banking & Finance industry? Even better!). You have completed Project Management training or have various years of practical expertise in the field of IT Project Management. Agile working methods are a plus!
