Job Summary:
The Quality Entry Specialist will support the Quality Systems Manager in reviewing product certification records for accuracy and ensuring proper electronic documentation within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system as well as electronic delivery of these records to customers.  This entry-level, data-focused role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and an interest in customer service, quality systems and/or digital record management. Exceptional attention to detail and the desire to achieve 100% accuracy are critical attributes of an individual who will be successful in this role.  


Key Responsibilities:
Digital management of product quality certification records in an electronic document imaging system (needs to liaise with Purchasing and Engineering teams)
Review and verify product certifications for completeness and accuracy
Digitally store quality-related documentation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Ensure electronic delivery of certification documentation to customers as per their specific requirements 
Perform other data entry related duties as assigned
Supports Quality Systems Manager and Applications Engineer as needed

Excellent time skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in quality systems and compliance
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Familiarity with DocuWare and Microsoft Dynamics platforms preferred but training will be provided


Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
General fastener industry and/or quality focus experience preferred but not required


Physical Requirements: 
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 

*Hybrid/Remote, $24/hr, Non-Exempt

*Location: Must reside in reasonable proximities to a facility (OH, IN, GA) or the Quality Systems Manager (MI)
