Operations Team Leader, Bournemouth, up to £32,000 DOE

As an Operations Team Leader you will be responsible for the leadership of people performance for your team. Working closely with both Operations Manager & Workflow Managers you will ensure optimum performance is achieved within your department in the most cost-effective way.

Working with internal departments you will be responsible for ensuring all service orders are provisioned and customers are updated with the progress, issues or delays with their orders. Services include but are not limited to, fixed line, broadband, SIP and non-geographical numbers. As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for handling cases of a more challenging nature as part of your daily workflow. 

You will also provide daily support to the team and act as a point of escalation as and when required. 

We are looking for the successful person to:

  • Manage incoming orders for migrations, new connections and changes to existing services.
  • Order and monitor the progress of orders using the online systems.
  • Liaise with Customer and/or 3rd Party IT support to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Be ready to mentor and coach your team members
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices
