Full Time 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer

Bournemouth Office

As a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer you’ll offer our customers technical support for the range of IT and telephony products/services that we provide. Working on the Help desk, you’ll take ownership of technical queries and fault reports, liaising with customers and third parties to ensure a quick and effective resolution. Providing exception customer service through out.

We are looking for people with experience working in IT or Networking, who can apply themselves to thrive in our fast-paced, friendly environment. You’ll need to be confident in troubleshooting and have a passion for learning new skills. We always strive to offer an exceptional service, so you’ll also be great at communicating.

Desirable experience in the following:

  • Router programming
  • VoIP, SIP or Unified Communication
  • Networking
