Full Time IT Support Engineer

Bournemouth Office

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll offer our customers technical support for the range of IT and telephony products/services that we provide. Working on the Helpdesk, you’ll take ownership of technical queries and fault reports, liaising with customers and third parties to ensure a quick and effective resolution.

We are looking for people with experience working in IT or Networking, who can apply themselves to thrive in our fast-paced, friendly environment. You’ll need to be confident in troubleshooting and have a passion for learning new skills. We always strive to offer an exceptional service, so you’ll also be great at communicating.

Being the ideal candidate, you will have experience in:

-       Router programming (DNS, DHCP, NAT or VLAN);

-       VoIP, SIP or Unified Communication;

-       Configuring Firewalls;

-       Troubleshooting LAN and WAN faults.

We are within walking distance from Bournemouth train station, bus stops and we offer a free park and ride based in Boscombe with regular shuttles to and from the office (ave. journey time is approx. 5 minutes).
