Full Time IT Support Technician
As we continue to grow our customer base we're looking for an IT Support technician to support our customers. This is an exciting time to join 4com who are making big noises in the telecoms world.

What will I be doing?
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll offer our customers technical support for the range of IT and telephony products/services that we provide. Working on the Helpdesk, you’ll take ownership of technical queries and fault reports, liaising with customers and third parties to ensure a quick and effective resolution. Providing exception customer service through out.
What do I need to be a successful IT Support Technician?
We are looking for people with experience working in 1st Line / 2nd Line Support or Networking, who can apply themselves to thrive in our fast-paced, friendly environment. You’ll need to be confident in troubleshooting and have a passion for learning new skills. We always strive to offer an exceptional service, so you’ll also be great at communicating.
