In return for this we are looking for someone who is:
- Is a strong leader and has experience in managing a team
- Holds a high attention to detail and organisational skills
- Is a strong communicator and holds great negotiation skills
- Is able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
Your responsibilities will include:
- Applying appropriate charges to the billing platform, ensuring that all services are billed to the correct customer accounts at the rates agreed.
- Setting up new customer accounts, sending information to the relevant call carrier.
- Porting & issuing new non-geographic numbers for customers
- Deregistering any customer accounts that have ceased billing.
- Efficient logging of all customer details/queries/customer service issues within the 4Com CRM Database systems.
- Reporting any network faults to the relevant network provider, keeping customers updated.
- Dealing with customer queries received over the telephone or via email, seeing the query through to closure.
- Explaining terminology on bills to customers, ensuring that they are meeting the costs agreed at point of sale
- Identifying any dissatisfied customers and escalating to the contract team.
