We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Credit Control Manager who thrives within a busy and fast paced environment to join the team. In return for this we are looking for someone who is:

  • Is a strong leader and has experience in managing a team
  • Holds a high attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Is a strong communicator and holds great negotiation skills
  • Is able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying appropriate charges to the billing platform, ensuring that all services are billed to the correct customer accounts at the rates agreed.
  • Setting up new customer accounts, sending information to the relevant call carrier.
  • Porting & issuing new non-geographic numbers for customers
  • Deregistering any customer accounts that have ceased billing.
  • Efficient logging of all customer details/queries/customer service issues within the 4Com CRM Database systems.
  • Reporting any network faults to the relevant network provider, keeping customers updated.
  • Dealing with customer queries received over the telephone or via email, seeing the query through to closure.
  • Explaining terminology on bills to customers, ensuring that they are meeting the costs agreed at point of sale
  • Identifying any dissatisfied customers and escalating to the contract team.
