Customer Call Handler

In your role as a Customer Call Handler, you will manage the incoming calls for the business, ensuring that calls are answered and dealt with in a timely manner. You will maintain excellent client relationships in order to provide the customer with a consistent and professional service.

This is a part-time role of 4 hours per day between 10.00-14.00 Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An excellent and confident telephone manner.
  • Exceptional work ethic evidenced by a track record of achievement.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience in an inbound call centre or customer service is preferred, though full training will be provided.
