Sales Administrator, Bournemouth, Up to £22,000

In your role as Sales Support Administrator, you’ll be responsible for setting both the customer and the project up for success by providing accurate quotations and ascertaining customer requirements ready for the rest of the team to execute the order. Acting as the first point of contact when a customer approaches us for a quotation on a new service, you will check the customers current account information and deliver an appropriate quote. After the quotation has been accepted, you shall then perform basic sales administration, ensuring what has been agreed is actioned as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Daily duties as a Sales Administrator will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service when customers approach us for a new quote and providing accurate information and pricing for any new telephony services
  • Performing various administrative duties to prepare the order for execution
  • Regularly liaising with customers to ensure that the quote is progressed. 

 

Skills & personal attributes required in order to be successful as Sales Support Administrator:

  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to mange customer expectations
  • Self-motivated with an enthusiastic and positive approach towards duties.
  • Previous experience within an office environment performing both customer service and administration. focused duties
