Helpdesk Technician.

As Telecoms Helpdesk Technician for our customer’s PBX systems you’ll support our customers with all technical queries. If you have a background as a PBX Telecoms Engineer, and are looking for an office based role we want to speak to you.

You’ll need strong telecommunications and IP Technical knowledge with an understanding of Samsung PBX systems. You’ll need to have excellent customer service skills and strong IT skills with a working knowledge of windows based packages and other databases.

We are within walking distance from Bournemouth train station, bus stops and we offer a free park and ride based in Boscombe with regular shuttles to and from the office (ave. journey time is approx. 5 minutes).
