Responsibilities for Customer Support Advisors will include:

  • Providing telephone support to our customers in order to maintain their telephone systems
  • Obtaining referrals from satisfied customers and passing these to the upgrades team
  • Reporting 3rd party faults to relevant external stakeholders and liaising with 3rd party technicians to ensure the fault is rectified
  • Updating each database query in a detailed manner within set time frames.
  • Keeping customers updated for the duration of their query
  • Supporting the work of the Technical Teams in additional areas as required.
  • The development and training of any new Technicians working with you.
  • Carry out active training whilst in the office on new and existing products
  • Carrying out general administration duties as necessary.
