Full Time Customer Support Advisor


Customer Support Advisor, Bournemouth, £22,000

 As Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for providing customer service and administration support across the business whilst supporting our Field Sales Executives and giving advice and providing solutions to all mobile related queries.

 Further responsibilities as Customer Support Advisor so include:

  • Ordering all mobile handsets/sim cards and keeping customers up to date through to completion of their order.
  • Providing 1st/2nd Line support for all mobile related services
  • Liaising with the billing team to ensure that all agreed subsidies are added to customer’s bills
  • Liaising with Project Managers with regards to the installation of customers telephone systems

 Essential skills and experience required in order to be successful as Customer Support Advisor:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised with a high attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills and able to work within a fast paced environment
