Location: Latin America. 

Schedule: Full-time 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. 

 

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Assistantto join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual looking to develop their sales career from the ground up. The role will initially involve providing direct support to the founder in the sales process, with a clear pathway for advancement. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, deliver tangible results, and possess a proactive and growth-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have the potential to evolve into a Sales Representativeand ultimately aSales Manager, leading a full sales team, based on their performance and dedication. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, ready to hustle, and seeking a challenging and rewarding career in sales. 

 

 

Qualifications & Hard Skills 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Strong written and spoken English. 

  • Eager and quick to learn, with a knack for problem-solving. 

  • Ambitious and motivated to grow within a sales career. 

  • Highly organized and attentive to detail. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

  • Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, independent work environment. 

  • Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems and spreadsheets. 

  • Preferred but not required: Familiarity with sales outreach tools like GoHighLevel, Apollo.io, or HubSpot. 

  • Preferred but not required: Previous experience in staffing, BPO, recruiting, or lead generation. 

  • Preferred but not required: Strong writing skills for sales outreach. 

  • Preferred but not required: Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles. 

 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Support outbound lead generation and cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools. 

  • Identify and gather information on promising leads and key contacts. 

  • Create and manage sales follow-ups, proposals, and email campaigns. 

  • Arrange meetings and prepare sales call briefings. 

  • Manage customer data in the CRM and monitor sales performance. 

  • Observe sales meetings and contribute to enhancing sales materials.

→ Phase 1: Sales Assistant 

  • Master tools, services, andsales strategy. 

  • Support the founder while building foundational skills. 

→ Phase 2: Sales Representative (Upon consistent performance) 

  • Own leads, run calls, close deals. 

  • Hit monthly key performance indicators and contribute directly to revenue. 

→ Phase 3: Sales Manager (For top performers only) 

  • Lead a team of sales representatives.  

  • Set strategies, build systems, and scale the sales department. 

 

Main Tools to manage for this position:

  • Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.  

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.  

  • Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks.  

  • Teams: Meetings, Categories and Channels. 

  • CRM tools: GoHighLevel, Apollo.io, HubSpot.
