Schedule: 9AM – 6 PM EST (Full time)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage influencer collaborations and giveaway initiatives, while also supporting digital ad efforts. Essential skills include excellent communication, a keen understanding of social media engagement, and exceptional multitasking abilities.
Qualifications & Hard Skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years managing influencer marketing or social media campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
Knowledge of social media giveaway rules.
Experience with project management and social media analytics platforms.
Proven experience with influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
Familiarity with platforms like TikTok and other social channels for influencer collaboration.
Ability to coordinate across different team members for smooth campaign execution.
Proficient in English.
Digital advertising and paid promotion experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a giveaway schedule.
Collaborate with management to determine giveaway unit counts for each product line.
Ensure influencers accept and follow giveaway rules, promoting products positively.
Identify and engage with potential influencers to support brand giveaways.
Foster strong relationships with influencers to drive campaign success.
Work with management to develop digital ad strategies for maximizing giveaway reach.
Provide input on paid promotions to optimize engagement.
Track and analyze success rates of campaigns, providing insights for improvement based on past performance.

Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks.
