Location: LATAM – Remote  

Schedule: 9AM – 1PM EST (Part-time) 

 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Care Manager and Administrative Assistant. This exciting dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing client case management with supporting administrative tasks. In this position, you’ll be integral to the smooth running of the organization, overseeing client care while providing vital support to the COO in operational matters. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a background in ABA or healthcare, we would love to meet you! 

 

 

Qualifications & Hard Skills 

  • Professional proficiency in English (Must).  

  • Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) or healthcare (Preferred).  

  • A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

  • Experience in an administrative or care management role is a plus 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment 

  • Experience with case management software or tools 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and track client case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information 

  • Provide administrative support to the COO, assisting with operational tasks 

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments related to client management 

  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation 

  • Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of services 

 

Main Tools to manage for this position 

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.  

  • Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks.  

  • Teams: Meetings, Categories and Channels.
