Location: LATAM – Remote  

Schedule: 9AM – 6 PM EST

Our client offers a wide range of mental health services, including individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as specialized counseling for addiction. Their therapists are trained in various evidence-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and internal family systems (IFS), ensuring accessible, high-quality care.   

 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality client care while mentoring and supporting therapists to foster professional growth and enhance client outcomes. As the primary point of contact for clinical matters, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, optimizing client retention, and upholding the organization’s standards of excellence. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a background in ABA or healthcare, we would love to meet you! 

 

Qualifications & Hard Skills 

  • Licensed clinician (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) with 3+ years of clinical experience and in a leadership or supervisory role. 

  • Strong background in therapist supervision, clinical training, and performance optimization. 

  • In-depth understanding of clinical regulations, insurance compliance, and HIPAA standards. 

  • Experience in developing and executing strategies to improve client retention and engagement. 

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. 

 

 Responsibilities 

  • Provide guidance and supervision to therapists, ensuring high-quality care through training, mentorship, and performance monitoring. 

  • Implement strategies to improve therapy outcomes, analyze client engagement data, optimize therapist-client matching, and address escalated concerns. 

  • Develop onboarding programs, create training modules, and foster continuous learning to keep therapists updated on best practices and industry trends. 

  • Optimize workflows, enhance EHR usage, align clinical strategy with business goals, and track key performance metrics. 

  • Work with leadership, HR, and billing teams to align clinical operations with business growth, recruitment, and insurance protocols. 

 

Main Tools to manage for this position 

  • Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.  

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.  

  • Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks.  

  • Teams: Meetings, Categories and Channels.
