Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality client care while mentoring and supporting therapists to foster professional growth and enhance client outcomes. As the primary point of contact for clinical matters, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, optimizing client retention, and upholding the organization’s standards of excellence. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a background in ABA or healthcare, we would love to meet you!
Qualifications & Hard Skills
Licensed clinician (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) with 3+ years of clinical experience and in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong background in therapist supervision, clinical training, and performance optimization.
In-depth understanding of clinical regulations, insurance compliance, and HIPAA standards.
Experience in developing and executing strategies to improve client retention and engagement.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance and supervision to therapists, ensuring high-quality care through training, mentorship, and performance monitoring.
Implement strategies to improve therapy outcomes, analyze client engagement data, optimize therapist-client matching, and address escalated concerns.
Develop onboarding programs, create training modules, and foster continuous learning to keep therapists updated on best practices and industry trends.
Optimize workflows, enhance EHR usage, align clinical strategy with business goals, and track key performance metrics.
Work with leadership, HR, and billing teams to align clinical operations with business growth, recruitment, and insurance protocols.
