Position Summary 

We’re on the lookout for a Vendor Compliance Specialist who’s ready to take charge of our vendor relationships and ensure smooth, audit-ready operations. If you're passionate about compliance, love diving into contracts, and thrive on ensuring top-tier standards, this could be your next big opportunity! You’ll play a critical role in maintaining vendor integrity, performing risk assessments, leading audits, and ensuring we're always ahead of compliance standards. 

Location: LATAM 
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in vendor compliance 
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Familiarity with U.S. compliance markets and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO) 
  • Prior experience in B2B and wholesale product environments 
  • Ability to manage and communicate with overseas vendors 

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills 

  • Solid understanding of global compliance frameworks and regulatory standards 
  • Skilled in contract analysis and interpretation 
  • Experience with risk assessments and mitigation strategies 
  • Proficient in conducting vendor audits and inspections 
  • Comfortable with data analytics and compliance reporting tools 

Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and manage vendor compliance across the organization 
  • Review contracts and ensure vendor agreements align with compliance standards 
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits regularly 
  • Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and vendor teams 
  • Identify potential compliance issues and suggest improvement strategies 
  • Ensure accurate compliance documentation and reporting
