Position Summary
We are looking for a junior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working B2B, with Startup companies and American Clients.
- Professional English Level
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and related technology.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
- Manage and maintain job postings on various platforms.
- Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and team members throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the team.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
