We are currently seeking a Consultant for ERP Finance & Accounting Process Implementation  to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Here’s your challenge!

Responsabilities:

Lead and act as subject matter expert in ERP & Finance Process Automation

• Lead the implementation, optimization, and automation of finance and accounting processes within the ERP system.
• Identify and drive process improvements across accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and procurement functions.
• Work closely with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth ERP enhancements and integrations.
• Define automation strategies for financial reporting, reconciliation, and month-end closing processes, in close partnership with Business Intelligence.

Finance System Management & Optimization

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on ERP financial modules, ensuring best practices in system configuration and usage.
• Develop and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ERP-related accounting issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance in coordination with Finance & IT teams.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between finance teams (controllers, treasury, reporting, FP&A) and IT, translating business needs into system requirements.
• Train and support finance power users on ERP functionalities, process improvements, and automation tools.
• Ensure alignment with internal controls, compliance policies, and regulatory requirements in all system-driven processes.

Financial Reporting & Data Insights

• Automate financial reporting and streamline data extraction for internal and external stakeholders.
• Enhance real-time reporting capabilities to support decision-making for finance leadership.
• Implement dashboards and analytics to monitor financial performance and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a mix of roles: 
• business lead or consultant for Implementation of ERP Finance (AP,

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance process automation, or ERP implementation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.

• Previous experience in working/implementation of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Experience in financial reporting automation and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP) and finance operations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
