Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative role provides essential administrative and operational assistance to the utility services team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily service operations through accurate data entry, scheduling, invoicing, and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

 

Job Description

  • Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring billing accuracy
  • Enter and maintain load schedules within the internal scheduling system
  • Input requisitions (reqs) into SAP and other internal platforms
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to team members
  • Maintain organized records and assist with coordination of service activities
  • Role is safety sensitive

 

Skills Required

  • Experience with SAP preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Solid math skills with the ability to manage calculations and billing data
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn internal systems

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.

 

Pay Rate

  • $28 - $32 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
