Job Summary
We are seeking a safety-conscious and detail-oriented Bulk Plant Operator to join our operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate blending, handling, and delivery of bulk products to wellsites. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality services to customers, maintaining strict quality control, and adhering to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Job Description
- Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality product and service delivery to support customer operations.
- Blend and mix bulk materials for wellsite delivery in accordance with job program designs and company procedures.
- Verify material quantities and calculate blends prior to loading to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all quality assurance protocols during product loading and handling.
- Coordinate product movement with the Production Services Delivery and Logistics teams.
- Assist in conducting monthly inventory counts and complete daily shipping/receiving paperwork.
- Properly label, store, and dispose of materials such as additives, drums, and pails in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of bulk plant equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized bulk plant environment.
- Participate in job risk assessments and ongoing continuous improvement programs.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all HSE regulations and policies.
- Support the training and development of junior operators and trainees.
Skills Required
- Previous experience in a plant operations, bulk material handling, or oilfield service support role is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in measurement and mixing of materials.
- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines with consistency.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in outdoor or industrial environments and perform physical tasks.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all safety protocols.
Education
- High school diploma or GED;
Pay Rate
- $18.50 - $22 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
