Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Packer to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role involves supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Description

  • Operate and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance
  • Maintain accurate production and operational records
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and issues
  • Identify and report potential machine problems or irregularities
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform general labor tasks as assigned
  • Shift: 3rd 11pm - 7am

 

Skills Required

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Capable of walking, sitting, squatting, bending, stooping, and reaching overhead
  • Ability to push and pull using arms, legs, and body
  • Ability to ascend and descend steps, stairs, and/or ladders
  • Must be able to hear and interpret machine sounds to detect potential issues
  • Ability to work in varying climate and temperature conditions

 

Education

  • Highschool diploma / GED required

 

Salary

  • $18 - $20 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
