Job Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, impact-driven Healthcare Project Manager. You will work exclusively with and with the direct support of the CEO, acting as a strategic execution partner. This role will manage CEO-led initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, track priorities, and ensure the CEO’s vision is translated into clear plans with measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

 

 Job Description

Assigned to programs/initiatives under the direction of relevant leaders within each discrete initiative, the Project Manager will provide project-level support for key workstreams within complex direct service programs.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Supporting all aspects of project lifecycles for assigned workstreams, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining templates and tools to track project progress; facilitating the collection of project data and measurables; and managing dissemination of project updates.
  • Monitoring project progress and deliverable status; proactively escalating risks, barriers, and issues.
  • Serving as a point of contact for Hospitals departments, City agencies, and contracted vendors.
  • Assisting in planning and conducting trainings, including development of training materials.
  • Providing on-site support related to project implementation and oversight.
  • Providing policy and operational support and helping develop strategies to improve service delivery within assigned workstreams.
  • Assisting in invoice review and approval and providing recommendations related to budget planning.

 

Skills Required

  • Reliable and capable of working independently while leading change within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders and organizations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical information to varied audiences.
  • High level of accuracy, transparency, and accountability in all work products.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and an enthusiastic work ethic.
  • Experience managing multiple external contractors/vendors strongly preferred.
  • NYC area residency preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Additional Requirements

  • Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

 

 Pay Rate

  • Up to $76.00 per hour depending on experience
