Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical and technical issues using analytical skills, with opportunities for on-the-job training.
  • Operate and maintain site electrical and facility infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, safety, and output.
  • Support production demands while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance team members to foster a cooperative and innovative work environment.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment and electrical systems.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in rotating on-call support to assist a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of trade or military school experience, or an associate’s degree or trade certification.
  • Preferred focus areas: Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or related trades.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
  • First shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
  • Facility operates on three eight-hour shifts.
  • Rotating on-call support is required.
  • Preferred experience with mechanical, electrical, automation, and chilled water systems.
  • Preferred experience in FDA- and ISO-regulated industries.
  • Preferred experience in controlled cleanroom manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP/CMMS preventive maintenance systems preferred.
  • Experience providing technical training is a plus.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols preferred.

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • Estimated Salary: $26.16 to $34.16 per hour based on qualifications.
