Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments and processing of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). This role supports inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution while ensuring all customer requirements are met. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations to meet customer delivery and accuracy requirements
  • Manage and process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
  • Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution activities
  • Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and customer service requirements to determine priorities
  • Select appropriate shipping methods to meet delivery schedules and cost considerations
  • Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to internal and external customers
  • Organize and manage warehousing and storage of goods
  • Ensure shipping and receiving schedules are met efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and logistics operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Operations, and Warehouse staff

 

Skills Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
  • Experience handling RMAs and coordinating shipments preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and logistics software (ERP systems experience a plus)
  • Role is safety sensitive

 

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.

 

Pay Rate

  • $27.50 - $30.50 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
