Job Summary
The HSE Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function. This role manages confidential information, ensures accurate recordkeeping, supports training and access control requirements, and assists in coordinating HSE-related activities to help maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized facility.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant HSE records.
- Assist in compiling, organizing, and maintaining HSE documentation and information systems.
- Support execution of HSE activities required for effective and compliant operations.
- Schedule and coordinate third-party training providers in alignment with the HSE Training Plan.
- Support facility access control processes to ensure proper authorization and compliance.
- Assist with event coordination, including organizing supplies, materials, and logistics for HSE-related meetings and initiatives.
- Coordinate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution and tracking as needed.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HSE Manager.
Skills Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and Word features.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support internal stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, communications, or administrative support.
Pay Rate
- $16 per hour and higher depending on experience
