Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support order processing, shipment coordination, and administrative documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a background in clerical or administrative support who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Process customer orders, including order entry and shipment scheduling
- Coordinate order fulfillment between manufacturing and customers
- Communicate with internal teams such as credit, collections, sales, shipping, and purchasing to ensure smooth operations
- Track delivery schedules and proactively communicate updates, delays, or discrepancies to customers and internal stakeholders
- Create, manage, and maintain documentation and records with high accuracy
- Generate and update reports using Excel
- Support continuous improvement efforts using established operational processes and tools
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, clerical, or administrative role
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- No certifications required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Document creation and file management
- Data entry and administrative support
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across teams
- High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Comfortable working fully on-site (not a home-office position)
- No field experience required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
- Strong organizational skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Salary
- $20.68 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
