Job Description
- Under broad direction, this position is responsible for all phases of planning and execution of a project or may be responsible for a segment of a larger project.
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
- Possesses knowledge of the respective industry including Petrochemicals, Refining, Chemicals, LNG, Energy Transition etc. ranging in scope from pre-FEED, FEED to EPCM.
- Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
- 10 – 20 years of relevant experience
- 15 – 25 years of overall experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team\.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if necessary.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering degree preferred.
