Job Summary
We are seeking Manufacturing Test Technicians to support the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced electronic products. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical experience who enjoy problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, technology-driven production environment.
Job Description
- Perform functional and diagnostic testing of electronic products
- Operate automated test equipment and diagnostic software/programs
- Troubleshoot product issues down to the component level
- Conduct visual, electronic, and mechanical inspections to ensure product quality
- Support line setup and perform preventative maintenance on test equipment
- Identify, document, and communicate defects or process issues to engineering teams
- Work across multiple production areas and operations as needed
- 1st shift and 2nd shift available
Skills Required
- Experience in electronics testing, manufacturing, or technical repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Experience with Linux operating systems or automated test systems preferred
- Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing workflows
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
- Perform repetitive hand movements and operate testing equipment
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required
Education
- Highschool diploma or GED
Pay Rate
- $21 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
- $2 shift differential for 2nd shift
