Job Summary

We are seeking Manufacturing Test Technicians to support the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced electronic products. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical experience who enjoy problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, technology-driven production environment.

 

Job Description

  • Perform functional and diagnostic testing of electronic products
  • Operate automated test equipment and diagnostic software/programs
  • Troubleshoot product issues down to the component level
  • Conduct visual, electronic, and mechanical inspections to ensure product quality
  • Support line setup and perform preventative maintenance on test equipment
  • Identify, document, and communicate defects or process issues to engineering teams
  • Work across multiple production areas and operations as needed
  • 1st shift and 2nd shift available

 

Skills Required

  • Experience in electronics testing, manufacturing, or technical repair
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience with Linux operating systems or automated test systems preferred
  • Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing workflows
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Perform repetitive hand movements and operate testing equipment
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as required

 

Education

  • Highschool diploma or GED

 

Pay Rate

  • $21 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
  • $2 shift differential for 2nd shift
