Job Summary

The selected individual will support daily laboratory activities by overseeing general operations, maintaining orderliness, and ensuring workspace cleanliness. Responsibilities include receiving and labeling samples, preparing buffers and reagents, and maintaining adequate labware inventory. The role also involves equipment troubleshooting, operation, and document review and archiving.

Job Description

• Lead general laboratory operations, housekeeping, and workspace organization.
• Receive, label, and manage incoming samples.
• Maintain and restock labware inventory as needed.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, and required laboratory solutions.
• Troubleshoot and operate equipment essential for genotyping production.
• Review, manage, and archive task‑related laboratory documents.

Skills Required

• Ability to follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and workflow procedures.
• Strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to work under multiple supervisors.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across manufacturing and research functions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Relevant technical, scientific, or laboratory‑related education or training.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
