Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager. Under the supervision of Chief Talent Acquisition Officer (CTAO) and/or designee, and with wide latitude for independent initiative and judgment; develops, establishes, implements, and monitors Human Resources Talent Acquisition promotional marketing materials, products, brochures, publications, and communication.  

 

Job Description

  • Responsible to create images for company website, advertisements, and other relevant media.  Ensure branding is consistent, clear, and impactful.
  • The ability to develop new and imaginative ideas for brands while matching the Company's overall tone and image.
  • Oversee the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials, products, brochures, or publications.
  • Work will be featured on websites, email marketing campaigns and social media accounts.
  • Meet with corporate and facility stakeholders to determine visual needs and developing materials for projects, packaging or advertisements
  • In accordance with company Marketing/Branding guidelines, standardizes all HR recruitment materials’ display and used for brand consistency.
  • Help make design choices, such as fonts and colors, for all content.
  • Ability to create high quality designs for multiple pieces per projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead a project from conception to print.
  • Ability to create high quality designs for mail out and email pieces.
  • Ability to generate new and original ideas within the parameters of stated objectives.
  • Ability to make subjective decisions regarding subject matter and projects
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Skills Required

  • 5 years’ experience in graphic design, marketing, healthcare, project management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing

  • Strong Public speaking skills
  • Demonstrate a strong background in various social media outlets.
