Job Summary
We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Project Manager. You will coordinate program operations by managing communications, meetings, documentation, and databases. Supports project execution by tracking timelines, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and reporting outcomes to ensure successful program delivery and accreditation support.
Job Description
- Demonstrate and exceed/maintain the core values of the corporation on kindness, integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.
- Maintain correspondence with program stakeholders. Serve as program liaison and communicate with applicable departments.
- Meeting management includes minutes, rosters, file management, electronic invites and follow-up.
- Develop workflows that ensure timeliness, accuracy, simplicity, to ensure seamless cycling through of learners in the program. Manage program databased including Excel
- Gather project or event details to establish expectations and goals up to seamless event completion and execution.
- Facilitate and document project specific details including tasks, milestones and timelines.
- Identify and find solutions to non-clinical potential risks such as delays, budget constraints, and performance.
- Timely escalation of barriers to project completion to project sponsor.
- Establish timelines and monitor team member’s progress toward goals and deadlines.
- Collect and analyze feedback about project results and measures of success.
- Create project reports for project sponsor
- Partner with program leadership in accreditations and designations.
Skills Required
- Minimum 1-2 years
- Experience with scheduling, resource coordination, and time management in fast paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently. Time management
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills with keen attention to accuracy and details.
- Proficiency, accuracy in program tools, event management tools, learning management systems, outlook, office.
- Special Equipment/Machines Operated: LCD projectors
Education/Training/Certifications
- Master’s in health related, business or engineering field.
Pay rate
- $52- $61 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
- Higher rate may apply to highly qualified candidates or specialized skill sets
