Job Summary
We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as a Financial Analyst. You will handle purchase orders, invoices, and budget reports; resolve payment questions; participate in meetings and special projects.
Job Description
- Preparing purchase orders.
- Processing and monitoring payment of departmental invoices.
- Discussing payment questions with vendors and internal departments’ personnel.
- Developing and maintaining various budget reports; assisting with budgetary planning.
- Attending meetings when necessary; and
- Other related duties and special projects as directed.
- Due to the responsibilities of your position, you will be required to work beyond your regularly scheduled hours.
Skills Required
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in the fields of administration, office management, methods analysis, systems analysis and documentation, form design and control, two of which shall have been in data processing and management information systems; and,
- General knowledge of computer and communication capabilities, systems analysis methodology, data management and information retrieval techniques; or,
- Satisfactory combination of equivalent experience and education.
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients and customers both internally and externally
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the ability to learn and become proficient in other computer programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Education/Training/Certifications
- A Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
Additional requirements
- Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay rate
- $61–$72 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
