Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator I will support the Solutions Enterprise group and be responsible for coordinating and managing large rental equipment, including diesel pumps, piping, and related materials. This role combines office-based logistics coordination with hands-on equipment operation and inventory management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both administrative and shop environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, organization, and operational efficiency.

 

Job Description

  • Process and manage customer orders, RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), and shipment documentation
  • Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations to meet customer delivery requirements and accuracy standards
  • Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, and orders to determine shipping priorities and methods
  • Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments for internal and external customers
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and equipment storage areas
  • Pull, stage, load, and offload equipment and materials
  • Operate forklifts and lifting cranes safely and efficiently
  • Support inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution activities
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors regarding logistics needs and schedules
  • Adhere to all company and shop safety procedures and requirements
  • Shift: 7am-3:30pm, M-F

 

Skills Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or equipment rental environment
  • Experience operating forklifts and ability to operate lifting cranes and material handling equipment
  • Ability to perform both office administrative duties and hands-on equipment operations
  • Comfortable handling heavy equipment and related logistics activities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work safely in a shop and warehouse environment
  • Commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in equipment rental, industrial services, or heavy equipment operations
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation, inventory systems, and warehouse processes

 

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.

 

Pay Rate

  • $20 - $30 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
