Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as a Patient Escort. You will be responsible for ensuring patients are moved in a timely and secure manner throughout the facility while maintaining safety and comfort standards.

 

Job Description

  • Escorts hospital and ambulatory patients traveling by wheelchair, stretcher or hydraulic stretcher safely and efficiently. 

 

Skills Required

  • Two years’ experience
  • Must be available to work alternate weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Client communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to safely perform lifting tasks
  • Experience or ability in patient escorting
  • Wheelchair handling proficiency

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED).
  • Current CPR certificate Required

 

Additional Requirements

  • Shift Time: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

 

 Pay Rate

  • $19-$22 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
