Our client is a manufacturer in forest products is seeking entry level production line operators to join the team.

 

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Machine Operator in Training to be trained on HMI Human Machine Interfacing and will be trained to work on production line within the warehouse as necessary.

 

Job Description

  • Must be willing to train on Human Machine Interfacing to assist in automating functions of the production line.
  • Work in various areas of the production line when required
  • Inspect panels coming out of the press for press defects and good bond.
  • Inspect panels for any defects.
  • Work at the direction of Production Leads to fill in gaps along the line and be flexible in positioning.
  • Assist in filling gaps on the production line when needed.
  • Learn Human Machine Interfacing that you work around daily and be able to identify abnormal functioning (you will be trained on this)
  • Lift 30lbs when required to move panels from production line

 

Skills Required

  • No experience required but must be willing to train on and learn HMI – Human Interface Machines.
  • Work in a non-climate-controlled facility
  • Great attention to detail and basic computer knowledge

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Degree or equivalent

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check
  • Shift Hours: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm – 11:30pm

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • $14.00/hr
