Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform moderately complex inspection processes in a manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring products meet established quality standards by identifying defects, completing accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable working a rotating night shift schedule.

 

Job Description

  • Perform moderately complex inspections on equipment and components
  • Verify products meet quality specifications; identify defects and approve or reject items accordingly
  • Complete inspection reports and related documentation with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain and uphold company quality standards
  • Identify recurring quality issues and recommend improvements to prevent production problems
  • Follow nightly inspection goals and production guidance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and proactively address unsafe conditions or behaviors
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to complete testing and inspection documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds continuously

  • Manual dexterity for handling small parts and using inspection tools
  • Close visual acuity required for detailed inspection work
  • Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Exposure to extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, fumes, dust, and industrial hazards
  • Operation of or proximity to motorized equipment and vehicles
  • Role is safety-sensitive and may require drug testing

Education

  • Highschool diploma or GED

 

Pay Rate

  • $20 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
  • $3 per hour shift differential

 

Additional Requirements

  • Schedule: 11 ON / 3 OFF 3PM - 3AM
