Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support daily Talent Acquisition operations. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and maintaining clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

 

Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule all stages of the interview process, including phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite interviews, and panel discussions
  • Manage and maintain calendars for recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring scheduling efficiency and accuracy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and scheduling
  • Respond promptly and professionally to candidate and internal inquiries
  • Organize interview logistics, including video conferencing links, meeting rooms, travel arrangements, and meals when required
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with generating recruiting reports and dashboards
  • Support offer letter preparation and background check coordination
  • Help ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Perform additional administrative and recruiting support tasks as needed
  • Shift: 8am - 5pm

 

Skills Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, HR, or a related role
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, responsive, and customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity Workday
  • Work is behind the scenes of recruiting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Familiarity with recruiting processes and candidate experience best practices

 

Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

 

Pay Rate

  • $28 - $38 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
