Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for defining project scope, managing resources, maintaining timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive in risk management, and skilled in stakeholder communication.

 

Job Description

  • Define clear project goals, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Break down project scope into actionable tasks and milestones
  • Allocate resources effectively, including time, budget, and personnel
  • Ensure project teams have the tools and support needed to succeed
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (e.g., Gantt charts)
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
  • Identify potential risks and project roadblocks early
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize disruption
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and business objectives
  • Validate that outcomes effectively address the original problem

 

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with project planning tools and methodologies 

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion

 

Pay Rate

  • $51 - $82 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
