Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative / Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with engineering experience, and the ability to bridge technical knowledge with customer-facing sales strategies. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and executing targeted campaigns to drive revenue.

 

Job Description

  • Develop tender/proposal strategies and conduct headquarters review of key components.
  • Determine disposition of tenders/proposals and address clarifications.
  • Develop opportunity assessments and engagement plans.
  • Identify, capture, and qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Plan cross-sell and upsell strategies, prioritizing opportunities for engagement.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage sales quotes and their dispositions.
  • Prepare contract amendments, suspensions, early terminations, and renewals.
  • Investigate events and validate findings.
  • Collect market activity and competitive intelligence, including units intelligence
  • Serve as a bridge between the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately addressed during the sales cycle

 

Skills Required

  • Sales experience, preferably in an engineering or technical field.
  • Strong ability to identify business opportunities and build client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

 

Additional Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR compliance.
