Job Summary
We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Product Regulations Technician. You will be reviewing, validating, and providing data cleanup, reviewing processes/procedures and work instructions.
Job Description
- There will most likely be data entry into logistics, quality, and regulatory systems.
- This requires a high level of concentration and very good attention to details; high level of data security and high ethical standards are a must.
- The candidate must be willing to work in a very dynamic and complex environment, flexibility and multitasking will be required.
Skills Required
- Must have a background in Chemistry/science.
- Intermediate computer experience including alpha/numeric data entry,
- Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision, set and meet deadlines, minimum travel.
- SAP systems experience a plus.
- Knowledge of GHS a plus. Knowledge of GHS classifications a plus.
- Candidates that have experience with Global Harmonization Systems, SDS preparation and authoring, and SAP are highly preferred.
- OSHA experience, SARA, MSPA, Whimas, California Prep 65, and trade secrets experience is also preferred.
Educational/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or technical field required; Major in Chemistry Preferred
Additional Requirements
- Day time position - 40 hours per week
Pay Rate
- Starting at $22.00 per hour and more depending on experience.
