Locate, use, and comprehend manufacturer installation and operation manuals, and perform inspections to identify necessary corrective action as authorized

Job Description

• All additional job responsibilities of a Control Valve Technician I
• Perform inspection to identify necessary corrective action as authorized
• Perform PMI
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot valves and other equipment per applicable codes and standards, per manufacturer and/or customer requirements all new valves
• Install instrumentation/accessories as necessary
• Operate diagnostic equipment (i.e. Valscope, profiler, etc.)
• Perform calibration of measurement equipment following internal quality procedures
• Measure and record critical dimensions per manufacturer specifications

Education/Training/Certifications

•  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Saturday & Sunday as needed)
• Steel Toe Boots Required
  

Pay Rate/Salary

• $25.00 - $30.00/hr. depending on experience
