Job Summary

We are looking for an individual to join our client’s team as Oracle Implementation Project Manager. You will lead the end-to-end Oracle implementation for nursing administration across multiple hospitals. This hybrid role ensures seamless integration with payroll, HR, and timekeeping systems while minimizing disruption to daily staffing operations. The position partners closely with HRIS, IT, and Nursing Leadership to develop and implement standardized nursing staffing models across all facilities.

 

 Job Description

  • Support project management activities related to Oracle implementation to ensure nursing has seamless integration with payroll, HR, and timekeeping modules (advanced scheduling).
  • Minimize disruption to daily staffing operations during the transition.
  • Assess current PeopleSoft workflows and data structures as they relate to nursing.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to develop and deploy standardized staffing models across all hospitals.
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support of staffing model methodology across all sites.
  • Coordinate with HRIS, IT, and Nursing Leadership and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation process.

 

Skills Required

  • Prior experience with Oracle implementations.
  • Experience with system implementation and project management methodologies.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience developing nursing or clinical staffing models.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s preferred

 

Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid role with in-person work across multiple facilities.

 

 Pay Rate

  • Up to $76.00 per hour depending on experience
