Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and a collaborative Salesforce team to translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Define both functional and technical solutions to address business challenges
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce capabilities
- Work closely with a Salesforce team of 7–10 members to deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct testing of new features and functionality to ensure alignment with business needs
- Document system changes, processes, and user requirements clearly and thoroughly
- Provide recommendations for system improvements, new procedures, or organizational changes
- Confer with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Support day-to-day system enhancements and troubleshooting
- Shift: 8am - 5pm M - F
Skills Required
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with requirements documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement
- Charlotte-based role with primarily in-office work
- Opportunity for partial remote work after initial training period

Education
- High school diploma required
Pay Rate
- $50 - $63 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
