Job Summary

Ware seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing a wide range of products, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and hands-on experience with assembly tools and techniques.

 

 

Job Description

  • Assemble components across all product lines using appropriate tools and fixtures.
  • Test assembled products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during assembly or testing.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
  • Identify mechanical and electrical components and apply rework techniques as needed.
  • Use a variety of hand tools, measurement instruments, and assembly equipment.
  • Understand and apply principles of mechanical dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Accurately create and maintain labor records for all work transactions.
  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement using Manufacturing System tools and guiding principles.

 

Skills Required

  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding mechanical tolerances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement.

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

 

Additional Requirements

  • Schedule: 07:00(05:00) – 15:30 with overtime and weekend hours as needed
