Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) experience to perform moderately complex inspection processes within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment meets quality standards, identifying defects, completing inspection documentation, and proactively addressing potential production issues.
Job Description
- Perform moderately complex and detailed inspection processes on equipment and components
- Verify equipment meets quality specifications; identify defects and approve or reject parts accordingly
- Complete inspection reports and related documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain established quality standards and ensure compliance throughout production
- Identify recurring quality issues, prevent potential production problems, and recommend process improvements
- Troubleshoot equipment-related issues as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and promote a proactive safety culture
- Encourage safe behaviors and address unsafe conditions positively and professionally
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance
- Support nightly inspection goals and production schedules
Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) experience
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to complete required testing and inspection documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under general supervision or independently
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong planning, prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Professional and courteous interaction with customers and coworkers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Education
- Highschool diploma or GED
Pay Rate
- $20 - $25.80 per hour including shift differential (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
Additional Requirements
- Schedule: 2nd Shift - M-F 3pm-3am
