Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistical and chemical delivery operations. This role ensures timely, accurate, and efficient shipment processes to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in inventory control and order fulfillment.

 

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations to meet customer requirements for accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution processes
  • Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, customer orders, and service requirements to determine priorities
  • Select appropriate shipping methods to meet delivery schedules
  • Plan and schedule outbound shipments for both internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with customer service and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipping and receiving activities
  • Shift: 8-5, M-F

 

Skills Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

 

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.

 

Pay Rate

  • $18 - $25 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
